To Obama administration (in under 500 characters)

I believe you should develop public transit more because a big way to get the country off oil is through public transportation. To encourage public transportation, make the service reliable and comfortable. Taxing gas will help while at the same time promoting higher fuel-efficiency. A huge transportation infrastructure project will create a lot of jobs, and please don't build anymore highways. America has the most highways, but has been considered a third world when it comes to rail technology.

2nd email:

Do you have anything planned at the moment for any regional rail service upgrades? Do you have any long-term upgrades to rail in America on your list of priorities? Mr. Biden, I hope you can help jump-start high-speed rail development in America. If you have anything specific planned for public transportation policy, I would like to know. Also, just to let you know, Puerto Rico as an island cannot depend on oil because it's killing the economy. Rail development should be a priority, but it's not.
